Sela Pepper is the first company in Cambodia to construct production premises with integrated cleaning facilities and in-house laboratory. Constantly updating facilities to meet international food standards secures our pepper for quality and food safety. You can find us in our head offices in Phnom Penh or at our factory located in the heart of pepper farming in Memot region.

We target to showcase the excellence of Cambodia’s pepper superiority to the world and it’s a responsibility that is dear to us. Sela Pepper houses one of Cambodia’s most technically advanced pepper processing plants, with an innovative in-house facility to provide microbiological testing and we strive to bring to you a safe and secure product. In Sela Pepper, a team of highly specialized professionals, work in conjunction with local farmers through all the various stages in the development of pepper to ensure a high crop yield to the farmer and to bring to the consumers a product of the highest standards, which we can take pride in. In Sela pepper, we have in place a meticulously planned tracing system, that is capable of backtracking every packet of pepper sold, back to the farm of its origin, thus ensuring a high level of accountability for our products.
Memot
Our factory is located in Memot. This region is considered the heart of pepper farming providing almost 80% of Cambodia’s black pepper every year. We are in the epicenter of pepper farms with direct access to more than 600 farmers in a very small radius. Premises are constantly upgraded to meet international food safety standards, hygiene and high quality.

Sela Pepper houses one of Cambodia’s most technically advanced pepper processing plants, with an innovative in-house facility to provide microbiological testing and we strive to bring to you a safe and secure product. In Sela Pepper, a team of highly specialized professionals, work in conjunction with local farmers through all the various stages in the development of pepper to ensure a high crop yield to the farmer and to bring to the consumers a product of the highest standards, which we can take pride in. In Sela pepper, we have in place a meticulously planned tracing system, that is capable of backtracking every packet of pepper sold, back to the farm of its origin, thus ensuring a high level of accountability for our products.</p><p><br data-cke-filler="true"></p><p><strong>Memot</strong></p><p>Our factory is located in Memot. This region is considered the heart of pepper farming providing almost 80% of Cambodia’s black pepper every year. We are in the epicenter of pepper farms with direct access to more than 600 farmers in a very small radius. Premises are constantly upgraded to meet international food safety standards, hygiene and high quality.</p>
